Charming Rooftop Experience

I had a mixed experience at The Empire Hotel. The location is truly amazing, just steps away from Lincoln Center, and the staff really tried hard to make my stay enjoyable. However, I found the noise levels in my room intolerable, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. While I did appreciate the character of the hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of maintenance and service during my stay.

The room was beautifully decorated, but it was uncomfortably warm when I arrived, and I couldn’t cool it down efficiently. Overall, it felt more like a 3/4 star experience due to the issues.

The service was friendly, and the staff were helpful with my requests. They did try their best to remedy the issues I faced, but it still felt lacking at times.

The location is fantastic, right near Lincoln Center and Central Park, making it easy to explore the area. The proximity to great dining options is a huge plus.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really let down by a few aspects. While the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Central Park, the condition of the rooms and overall service was a disappointment. The rooftop bar was really nice and had a great ambiance, but the room itself felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. I appreciated the proximity to various dining spots and the efficient check-in process, but the cleanliness and amenities left much to be desired.
